Changing Your Mind
Before Shipping/Delivery:
You can cancel or modify your order anytime before it’s dispatched. Just contact our Customer Service team, and we’ll take care of it.
After Receiving Your Order:
If you no longer want a product after receiving it, you have 7 days to return it for a full refund. Mail it back to our warehouse or drop it off at any designated location. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We’ll process your refund once we receive the items.
Damages and Issues
If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, contact us immediately. We’ll resolve the issue promptly.
Returning Perishable Goods
Perishable goods such as groceries should be returned with the delivery driver if you change your mind. Due to food safety reasons, we cannot accept these items afterward.
Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products (like customized printing), and personal care items. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. Contact us with any questions about specific items.

For ease, hand unwanted products back to the driver at delivery. If you decide later, you have up to 10 days to return them. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is faulty. In that case, we’ll help arrange the return at no extra cost.
